Research On The Smart Community Building In Zhucheng

With the rapid development and in-depth application of global Internet,Internet of things,data cloud and other new round of high-tech information technology,urban development is embracing new breakthroughs and changes,so a higher level of"Smart City" form of development has become an inevitable trend.Zhucheng,as the frontier of the community reform and development,also walks in the forefront in intelligence community building.On the basis of fully grasping the current situation and opportunities of the development,Zhucheng proposed development objectives,major tasks and safeguard measures of smart city and community.Besides,it also made the planning outline and construction plan of smart city building,which planned to make Zhucheng a smart city with complete infrastructure,advanced information level,industry cluster development,new urbanization and new "New Four Modernization" from 2016 to 2020.In 2016,Zhucheng started the construction of "small community".Taking advantage of the success of community-oriented development in China,Zhucheng introduced the smart community platform.The smart community construction has provided convenience for residents in Zhucheng and the community governance effect has been greatly improved,but there still exist many practical problems.This paper combines literature analysis and field research method,summarizes the present situation and characteristics of smart community construction in Zhucheng,generalizes the remaining problems such as overall government dominance,ignoring demands,talent shortage and low platform utilization rate,and deeply analyses the causes from the organization safeguard,the concept of cognitive and the construction positioning.The countermeasures and suggestions of establishing demand orientation,integrating all kinds of resources,strengthening personnel training and enhancing publicity are put forward.The comprehensive investigation and summary show that the smart community is not a simple upgrade of the traditional community,which needs to combine the reality,integrate administrative management,administrative rules,convenient facilities,cultural level,autonomy capability and quality of residents as well as increase resource input in infrastructure,technology innovation,quality of residents,government concepts.Only in this way can smart community construction realize the healthy and rapid development.Community is the most basic part of society.The construction of smart community can greatly improve the level of community governance at the grassroots level and improve the public management ability of the grassroots government.The research object of this paper is the problems existing in the construction of rural smart communities in zhucheng,shandong province.Most other county and city constructions are also common and representative.This study can provide certain references for the construction of smart communities in zhucheng and other regions.
