The Analysis Of The Way Of Community Policing Construction Of China In The Area Of People’s Livelihood

Since the 18 th national congress of communist party of china,the public security organs of china vigorously promote the innovation of social governance,and constantly improve the reform of policing mechanism according to local conditions. Our public security organs are promoting the peace construction of china for the purpose of our people living happily and social and economic development. Public security organs of china as the important government departments should not only base on their own works,working to prevent and crack down on crime,maintaining the public order,but also adhere to the people-oriented,working to protect and improve the people’s livelihood, working to respect and uphold the benefits of the people,working to continue to strengthen and reflect services consciousness. The construction of community policing is a fundamental,strategic and far—reaching job,a core of police station work and an important carrier for police to innovate the social administration as wel1.In the area of people’s livelihood,community policing activities are endowed with the updated content and higher requirements,the traditional community policing has been unable to effectively deal with the new situation. Therefore,to promote and further construct the community policing,the public security organs should stick to the traditions that police work should rely on the public and be committed to the public services and should stick to the principles that community policing should be linked with livelihood and public opinions and should persistently use whether the public are satisfied as an important standard to judge the community policing.The public security organs should built a new policing model,in order to meet the expectations of the government and the people to social stability and social harmony.Based on the concept of people’s livelihood and community policing theory fully elaborated on, combined with practical experience and enlightenment of foreign community policing reform,taking the example of Changzhou public security bureau,in the area of people’s livelihood,the author analyzes the necessity of community policing reform and innovation. By the method of investigation,the author analyzes the present situation and main problems of the reform and innovation of Changzhou community policing,moreover analyzes the cause of the problem. Finally,the author proposes the new way of community Policing reform and innovation in the area of people’s livelihood.
