Research On The Influence Of The Gap Between Rich And Poor On Rural Public Governance

The emergence and expansion of the social gap between rich and poor is the inevitable product of the value of the commodity economy, the appropriate gap between the rich and the poor can effectively improve the enthusiasm of social producers, accelerate the process of social development, but the gap between the rich and the poor will affect the rural order and grassroots democracy, leading to the instability of the social structure, affecting the realization of rural public governance objectives.In the 30 years of reform and development, China’s rural economic and social rapid development, but the growing gap between rich and poor has become an important reality problem, adjusting the gap between the rich and the poor has evolved into a variety of social conflicts can effectively deal with the key, affecting the realization of the goal of rural public governance, is not conducive to the stability of rural social stability.Through the research of this paper, we study the theory of the rich and the poor, and enrich the theory of public governance, especially the theory of public governance in rural areas. At the same time, the government should formulate and improve the income distribution policies, and to reform, adjust and perfect the rural governance, and to provide the reference for accelerating the construction of socialist new countryside, the construction of socialist new countryside, and the innovation of social management.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, and the purpose and significance of this study, the content and methods of the research;Secondly,in thispaper, the basic concept of the gap between the rich and the poor and rural public governance defines and put forward the measure of the Gini coefficient, Engel’s coefficient, Kuznets ratio, Theil index, bisection method determination of the gap between rich and poor, and rural public governance related measure;Again, to the current China’s rural gap between rich and poor, such as the analysis of the overall situation of China’s Gene coefficient, China’s rural residents Gene coefficient, the gap between rich and poor in China’s rural areas, including:the reasons for the gap between nature and culture, the reasons for the gap between the level of education, the reasons for the gap between the basic facilities, social security system is not perfect;Then, this paper takes the X village of Putian city as an example, analyzes the impact of rural public governance in China’s rural public governance, which mainly includes three aspects:the gap between rich and poor, rural social and democratic politics, and the construction of public infrastructure;Finally, from the gap between the rich and the poor, the level of rural public governance in two aspects of the relevant policy recommendations.
