Civil service pay policy has been the focus of attention, is the foundation of the civil service system to good operation.Civil servant compensation policies in the civil service system in a very important position. Scientific and reasonable compensation system is beneficial to government departments effective management of civil servants.Although our country’s civil service pay system and unreasonable place, cannot better mobilize the enthusiasm of civil servants, but to perfect the civil servant compensation system is a long process, it will be more scientific and more reasonable.Pay satisfaction had a great influence on employee’s work performance, domestic and foreign scholars on pay satisfaction has certain research.Pay satisfaction by wages, salary promotion, salary system, benefits and bonuses factors.At the same time, the remuneration policy and pay satisfaction influence each other.Scientific and reasonable compensation policies will improve the civil servants salary satisfaction, civil service pay satisfaction, in turn, promote the reform of the remuneration policy.This paper analyzes the situation of current civil service pay policy, with civil service pay policy analysis of the present civil servant salary satisfaction situation. Through to the salary satisfaction survey and the basic theory of reference, explain the profound influence of the civil servants’ pay satisfaction of civil servants, and theoretical analysis of the current civil servants’ pay. I study civil service pay satisfaction condition shajing street, coupled with China’s national conditions, and analyses the influence of civil service pay satisfaction situation, so as to reflect the current compensation satisfaction after the civil servant salary reform, through the analysis of the related reform of civil servant wage policy, put forward some measures and ways of civil servant salary reform in the future. Previous civil service reform are discussed in the paper, at the same time, summarizes the content of the civil service reform recently, then puts forward the compensation policies can be perfect. After the civil servant salary reform, change of civil servants on pay satisfaction. We research and analysis of civil servants’ pay satisfaction, shajing street is not only to better reflect the change of civil servant salary for compensation satisfaction after the reform, but also to reflect the income of the truth, our country civil servants to civil servants to better play to the value of the talent, make compensation policy was perfected, so as to improve the civil servants work positive initiative, promote the efficiency of government each work.
