Objective: to examine the armed police officers the status quo of psychological capital, organizational commitment and job burnout;To understand the demographic variables of armed police officers the influence of psychological capital, organizational commitment and job burnout;Discusses the inner relationship between and organizational commitment in the mechanism of action between psychological capital and job burnout.Methods: psychological capital scale 、 organizational commitment scale and the armed police job burnout scale a team in the armed police and 424 officers in a motorized division psychological capital, organizational commitment and job burnout was studied, using statistical analysis software for data analysis.Results:(1) the individual psychological capital and organizational commitment by the rank, position and degree of cultural factors significantly affect;Rank, position, and whether or not the only factors such as the significant role on individual job burnout.(2) the armed police officers closely related to psychological capital and organizational commitment. Psychological capital and self-efficacy, hope, resilience and optimism dimension and organizational commitment, affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment has a significant positive effect.(3)the armed police sergeant close psychological capital and job burnout. Psychological capital and self-efficacy, hope, resilience and optimism dimension and job burnout, exhaustion of body and mind, negative snub failure, low sense of accomplishment, knowledge dimension has a significant negative effect.(4) the armed police officers organizational commitment and job burnout close relationship. Organizational commitment and affective commitment, continuous commitment and job burnout and its low exhaustion of body and mind, negative snub, a sense of accomplishment, knowledge failure between dimensions has a significant negative effect.Conclusion:(1) the armed police officers’ psychological capital and organizational commitment and job burnout in average level.(2) the armed police sergeant psychological capital and organizational commitment on job burnout has significantly negative effect.(3) the armed police sergeant psychological capital can through organizational commitment have indirect effects on individual job burnout.
