Therefore, how to solve this problem, for the healthy growth of the rural left-behind children build a good healthy environment, the new rural construction in our country, economic development and social stability has very great influence.Because our country present situation of the urban and rural dual structure and the running of the household registration system, life objective factors such as economic conditions, lead to parents migrant workers, only young children at home, entrust other guardian to look after. The author thinks that the healthy growth of young children are at the most critical phase, in the emotional this aspect is the most need to personally accompany their parents, but parents go out to work for a long period of time, can cause left-behind children family belonging to reduce, leading to children in the process of growth will appear negative emotional problems, hinder the all-round development of left-behind children’s body and mind.
