With the development of China's economy and the occurrence of population mobility,the group of rural left-behind children is quietly born.Children left behind in rural areas can not get enough emotional support from their families because their parents work outside the country all year round and their grandparents have limited energy.Lack of parental care will make left-behind children lack a sense of support,but also lead to the lack of sense of belonging and security of left-behind children,so this makes the peer emotional support of left-behind children is particularly important.This study takes the emotional support group for rural left-behind children when the author participates in the "three-district plan" as an example to explore how the practice field is created in the practical process of the group.This study mainly uses the literature research method,the field observation method and the interview method to carry on the field investigation,carries on the appraisal to the rural left-behind children present problems and the demand,takes the field domain theory and the social support theory as the instruction,designs the targeted group plan book to carry out the service,analyzes the rural left-behind children peer emotional support group practice field significance and the composition factor and the group practice field is how to construct.According to the service process of rural left-behind children's peers and their emotional support group,this paper analyzes how the practice field is formed,developed,mature and continuous in each stage of the group,so as to provide a reference for carrying out similar group service in the future.The research shows that the main factors in the field of group practice are: the characteristics of group members;the characteristics of social workers;the characteristics of groups;the environment of groups;the use of skills by social workers;the mode of group communication;the setting of activity links,etc.These factors promote the cohesion of group members and the influence of group fields.It is of great help to the future life and study of left-behind children in rural areas.In the end,we reflect on the impact of social work on the rural left-behind children in the process of constructing the rural left-behind children's social work field from the aspects of long-term mechanism and the influence of closed group on the group practice field,so as to provide reference for the development of social work service for rural left-behind children in the future.
