The Multi-subject Participation In The Social Stability Risk Assessment

Huntington considered that "Modernity produce stability, but the modern generate instability." China is currently in the process of modernization, also during the period of social instability caused by multiple social conflicts. This requires the party and the state constantly improve the ability to resolve social conflicts, meantime reform and innovate social governance system. Social stability risk assessment is a major measure of the social governance system’s innovation at present. For maintaining the stable development of China, promoting the modernization of the social governance system and governance capabilities is of great significance. Practice shows that we must to adopt the method of multi-subject participation to make the social stability risk assessment to be effective.This paper uses management and other related theories to analyse the social stability risk assessment in multi-subject participation classification, methods and content, and takes social stability risk assessment work of the second phase of X coal thermal power engineering for example. Besides, this paper describes the state of multi-subject participation in the process of evaluation and finds the problems. Then it analyses the reason and discuss the solution.This article is divided into four parts.The first part mainly elaborates the research background, research significance of this paper and the dynamic at home and abroad. The second part introduces the significance of the social stability risk assessment and analyses the connotation of multi-subject participation based on related theories. In turn it presents the classifications and the ways of multi-subject participation of matter social stability risk assessment. The third part recommends the process of the second phase of X coal thermal power engineering social stability risk assessment, pointing out the existing problems during the process of multi-subject participation, the causes of the problems and the ways to solve them. The last part is the summary of this thesis.
