Research On Service Optimization Of Old-age Care Institutions In The View Of Supply And Demand

With the aging and the empty nest intensifies, pension issue has become the focus of attention of the community, the family pension has been unable to meet the increasing needs of the elderly people, continuously needing to develop and improve the pension service,alleviating the pension pressure. Although institution endowment is developing rapidly, the pension service quality has a lot of problems, especially with the improvement of people’s living level and cultural level, the requirements of old-age care institutions’service is also increasing, so we need to study the service quality of old-age care institutions, so as to provide reasonable suggestions to improve the service quality and meet living environment, medical rehabilitation and the spiritual needs.Therefore, the paper take Pension Service Center in Shenyang as the research object, through the questionnaire and interviews to study situation of pension demand of living environment, the based service demand, the medical rehabilitation demand, the spiritual needs, to study situation of the services of living environment, basic services, medical rehabilitation service, spiritual comfort service, to find pension service if meet the pension needs, to find out the contradiction between supply and demand, to analyse the reason of the problem from pension institutions and the aged, and to put forward reasonable suggestions from the pension institutions, the aged, the government, the family and the society side to improve the service quality, and to improve the degree of satisfaction of the aged.
