Human development from primitive society to the present has been a long history of thousands of years, but human beings’ destruction to the natural resources and environment, is indeed from the beginning of nineteenth Century, which is accompanied by the development of industrial civilization. In the primitive society, the people’s paticular ways of living influnces nature and environment human beings live in more or less, which is negative more often than not;when it comes to the agricultural era, the tension between people and people caused by the system of class exploitation lead to the state of the confrontation between human and natural environment to a great extent;at the industrial age, with the development of social civilization, all kinds of scientific and technological means have been developed, meanwhile,the greed of the bourgeoisie has been growing, and causes the predatory exploitation of resources, which not only will intensify the opposition among individuals, but also further aggravate the contradiction between human and nature, promote the global problems onto the world stage. For some developed countries, the environmental damage make their native people have real experiences. Therefore, some governments have taken a strong measures for social and environmental protection. In recent years, China’s environmental problem has deteriorated sharply. For this phenomenon, the domestic and foreign scholars have always tried to find the effective measures to solve the problem by digging out the ecological thought in the Marxism. The ecological view of Marx is the foundation of the complex relationship between man and nature, which is profound, and has great theoretical value and practical significance in the development of modern society. Although Marx don’t make systematic research for ecological problems, but through the analysis of methodology,he elaborate relationship between human beings and nature.. Although Marx has not put forward the concept of ecology and ecological civilization, he expose the germination of these ideas. The ecological outlook of Marx give an important guidance for the construction of ecological civilization.This paper consists of three parts. The first part, the formation of Marx’s ecological view. Including the formation of the background and the trajectory,and three stages in the formation of Marx’s ecological view: the embryonic stage, the formation period and the mature period.The second part, expound the main contents of Marx’s ecological view. Firstly, explain the ecology and the research objects, as well as the intrinsic connection between the Marx ecology view and the ecology, and secondly, on the basis of the study of the dialectical relationship between human and nature, this paper expounds the concrete embodiment of Marx’s ecological view.The third part, elaborate the Marx ecology view and the contemporary Chinese ecological civilization construction. First of all, the paper points out the current ecological problems and their causes, and then expounds the theoretical basis of the construction of ecological civilization in contemporary China, and lastly, shows that the scientific development concept is the new development of Marx’s ecological concept in contemporary China.
