Research On The Administrative System Of Dianzhong District

With the rapid development of world economic, China continuously optimize the administrative system in order to adapt to the trend of globalization and integration. By the end of September 2015, the number of National District which is becoming the key point of strategy of opening up was already 15. In 2013, with Chinese pattern of one belt one road and bridgehead strategy of Yunnan province opening to South-West area, Yunnan Provincial committee of the CPC. and Yunnan people’s government set up Dianzhong District to promote the great-leap-forward development of Yunnan province. On September 15,2015, State Council authorized to establish Dianzhong District to be National District. Dianzhong District has an important place in promoting the great-leap-forward development of Yunnan province and is the pole of Yunnan economic. But there still remains a lot of problems that restrict the economic development in the administrative system of Dianzhong District. So we should find the problem of the administrative system and give the solution as soon as possible to promote economy and social development of Dianzhong District.After reading lots of books and investigation, I know much about the basic information of the administrative system of Dianzhong District. With the help of new public management theory, I analyzed the problem of the administrative system of Dianzhong District and did a detailed summary. Then I sum up in experience of the administrative system of several National District and put forward the countermeasures of making the administrative system of Dianzhong District perfect.
