Dazhu rural water facilities to ensure that agricultural production, farmers living’s water essentially, improve the traffic situation in rural areas significantly, education, culture, health and other public services are generally better.For the role is become significant increasingly in construction of rural public service in promoting rural economic development and harmonious social development. But in the development process, it appears a lot of problems inevitably, more importantly, provided rural public services by the government is truly meet the needs of rural residents, how the attitude about farmers feel, how the degree of satisfaction, those question directly related to the smooth progress of the construction of the public services in the rural areas in the future. And to solve those questions, it is necessary to measure the satisfaction degree of public services by the famers, and to ensure the consistent of provide rural services by the government and farmers demands.In this paper, use the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.By calculating concluded that:(1) In recent years, the construction of rural public service system Dazhu made great progress, but compared with the town, compared with the national average, there is still a gap; (2) In the six categories of public services in rural areas, farmers’ satisfaction grades are basically satisfied, but scores differ on rural technology service satisfaction scores highest,68.92 rural infrastructure service satisfaction scores lowest,59.39; (3) Farmers for rural public services Dazhu fuzzy composite score is 64.80, satisfaction rating of general satisfaction; (4) Dazhu public services in rural areas mainly affected farmers Satisfaction government financial input, following recommendations:(1) The government to provide public services, rural residents really need; (2) To improve the efficiency of the supply of public services in rural areas; (3)To establish a sound security system to maintain public services in rural areas.
