Optimization Analysis Of The PAP’s Dealing-emergence Organization Based On The Theories Of Project Management

The army force face new challenge and chance in the new century and new phase. For the historical developing opportunity, the army force should resolve many now problem about how to maintain national security and protect national benefit. It is a practical problem for army force to participate in and deal with the emergence. Dealing with the emergence is one of the central tasks of PAP. The requirement for PAP to complete multiple military tasks is higher and higher with the development of the PAP’s function and mission. It becomes a era issue for PAP’s development that build and improve the dealing-with emergence system based on the system of information. Theories of project management is a new direction in management science. It develops quickly not only in research but also in application. After 1990s, the research for project management is focused on the structure of project organization, human resource management, conflict, communication, and some non-technical factor. The specialty in the dealing-emergence project of PAP provide the possibility to introduce the new theories of project management. In recent years, the research for the development of dealing-emergence ability analyze the difficulty and put forward some solution. This thesis discuss and analyze the way to optimize the dealing-emergence organization with the theories of project management. Meanwhile, in order to supply the supporting managing theory for the dealing-emergence organization, this thesis try to use the theory of managing by project. According to the research and analysis of this thesis, it could reduce the lose and unnecessary cost in the dealing-emergence task, and improve the overall battle effectiveness.
