The Research Of Rural Tourism Under The Background Of Socialism New Countryside Policy

When great achievement has been made in urban economic, focus turns to the development of rural area naturally, thus, the emphases of the government change gradually from urban to the rural area. To adapt to the situation of rural development,New Socialist Countryside Strategy was proposed in The Eleven Five Years Plan which has been passed in The Sixteen Session of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Central Committee. There are great differences between the city and the countryside in infrastructure, ecological environment and cultural background, so industrialization development model does not apply to rural areas. So how to find a road that suitable for the development of vast rural has a certain practical significance under this big background of new socialist rural construction.Illustrated by the case of Zhoushan, this dissertation study rural tourism from three different dimensions: from economic, cultural, ecological points of view. The core of this dissertation is Chapter 3 to Chapter 5. In Chapter 3, we analyze the present situation of the rural tourism first and then put forward some suggestion to improve it; finally, illustrated by the example of Zhoushan, we show the significance of rural tourism on rural economic construction under the background of the new rural construction policy. Chapter 4 analyze the present situation of the rural culture and put forward the corresponding countermeasures on the problems, we combined with the actual situation of Zhoushan, expounded the positive significance of rural tourism on rural culture construction under the background of the new rural construction. Chapter5 analyze the present situation of the rural ecological civilization and put forward the corresponding countermeasures on the problems, we combined with the present situation of Zhoushan, expounded the positive significance of rural tourism on rural ecological civilization construction under the background of the new rural construction.This dissertation includes 6 chapters. Chapter 1 summarizes the significance rural tourism research, contents of this dissertation, and methods used in this dissertation;Chapter 2 overviews the background knowledge of rural tourism; Chapter 3 discussesthe significance of rural tourism on rural economic development; Chapter 4 discusses the significance of rural tourism on rural culture construction; Chapter 5 discusses the significance of rural tourism on rural ecological construction; Chapter 6 points out the innovation of this dissertation and predict the potential of this investigation.
