Study On The Legal Protection Of The Development Of China's Cultural Tourism Industry

Cultural tourism industry is a collection of related businesses that rely on cultural resources to provide cultural tourism products and services for people to meet people's cultural,leisure and entertainment needs.China is a great country of cultural resources.The development of cultural tourism can not only promote economic development,but also spread culture.Studying the legal guarantee of the development of cultural tourism industry in China is conducive to promoting the legislation,judicature and law enforcement of cultural tourism industry,and also has positive significance for promoting the spread of Chinese culture and building a socialist cultural power.This paper examines the current situation and legal system of cultural tourism industry in the United States,Japan and Korea,and summarizes the relevant laws,regulations and policies of China's cultural tourism industry,analyzes the existing problems in the legal system of cultural tourism industry in our country,including the imperfect legal system for the development of cultural tourism industry in our country,insufficient investment and financing for the promotion of cultural tourism industry and legal protection of taxation,lack of policy support for the cultivation of professionals in the cultural tourism industry,inadequate legal and policy support for the integration of cultural tourism industry and science and technology.In view of the above problems,some suggestions are put forward,such as establishing and perfecting the legal system of cultural tourism industry,strengthening the investment and financing of cultural tourism industry and the legal system of tax revenue,formulating policies of personnel training for cultural tourism,and increasing the policy support for the integration of cultural tourism and science and technology.In terms of legislative proposals,it is suggested that the principle of promoting the development of cultural tourism industry should be added to the general provisions of the "Travel Law of the People's Republic of China";in respect of legal and policy support for the integration of cultural tourism industry and science and technology,it is suggested that "Science and Technology Progress Law of the People's Republic of China " To increase the cultural tourism industry to encourage the integration of science and technology law.
