Study On Mechanism Construction Of Urban Basic Unit Social Management In Inner Mongolia

The urban basic unit social management is the main content of the modernization of the state of management system construction in China, and urban basic unit social management mechanism is an important part of the process of social management.Eighteenth National Congress of the communist party of China emphasizes protection and improvement of people’s livehood and the innovation of social management.The fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the goal of the rule of law, and the task of governing the country according to law.With the rapid economic and social development in Inner Mongolia, the city’s social problems are gradually highlighted, the difficulty of social management gradually increased, so we need to further strengthen the construction of urban grass-roots social management mechanism.This paper studies the construction of the urban grass-roots social management mechanism. First of all, it defines the concept of social management and its related concepts, expounds the meaning, importance and urgency of the social management mechanism, and expounds the basic contents and objectives and tasks. Secondly, combined with the work of social management in Inner Mongolia and statistical data analysis, summed up the problems in the process of urban social management in Inner Mongolia, at the same time, analyzes the reasons for the problem.Finally, in order to peomotethe rule of law and democracy in the urban area,improve the urban grass-roots social management and self management capacity, around the construction of social management mechanisms, this paper proposes six aspects of the countermeasures. It includes strengthening the construction of laws and regulations; strengthening the working mechanism of social management; to speed up the construction of social organization and management and service mechanism; perfecting the legitimate interests of the people and social public security mechanism construction; to promote standardization and meticulous construction of social management mechanism; strengthening the construction of national and religious work mechanism.
