Rural left-behind children problem as a new social phenomenon, is a matter of rural left-behind children healthy growth,is a matter of the rural economy and social prosperity and stability, is also a matter of future prosperity of our motherland.However, the current and quite a long period of time to today,with the continuous adjustment of industrial structure, transferring surplus rural labor force will continue, new rural left-behind children will continue to increase,rural left-behind children problem will also be there in quite long period of time. In recent years, all over the country are actively concerned about the left-behind children activities, countries also attaches great importance to the left-behind children education work,views the education of left-behind children problem as a major social problem solving with the people’s livelihood.Reporting of the 17th national congress requires "safeguard equality of rural migrant workers children to receive compulsory education", the 18th national congress reports to go further by calling for a "actively promote migrant children equal access to education, let every child can become useful workers".In this paper, the study of left-behind children education problem mainly adopted investigation methods such as literature research, social investigation method. The social survey method includes interview method, questionnaire survey method and on-the-spot investigation method and so on.The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is introduction. An overview of the research background, research significance, the research both at home and abroad and the research methods and innovation of this article.The second chapter introduces expounds concepts and related theory. This chapter gives a definition of rural left-behind children, left-behind children education and so on.At the same time, introduces the related theory, including coordination theory, and the theory of education aid in this paper.The third chapter tells H county left-behind children education present situation analysis. This chapter is makes a detailed introduction of the basic condition of left-behind children in H county.At the same time, according to the on-the-spot investigation, from the perspective of government, family, school and society to do the investigation and analysis about the present situation of left-behind children education.The fourth chapter tells H county problems existing in the education of left-behind children. In the third chapter in this chapter are the present situation of research on H county to local problems existing in the education of left-behind children in this. These problems mainly includes:The government’s lack of support of left-behind children education, schools aren’t fulfill all the education management functions, left-behind children lack of family education and social education environment to be improved, etc.The fifth chapter makes H county analysis of the causes of problems of left-behind children education. Aiming at questions introduced in the fourth chapter, analyzes the reason from government, schools, families and society four main fields.The sixth chapter tells counter-measures to solve the problem of H county left-behind children education. According to the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,based on the problems and reasons of left-behind children education listed before, given in H’county local reasonable countermeasures. It includes:To form a government leadership coordination group, explore the new thinking of school education management, attaches great importance to the family education of left-behind children, innovation social volunteer service, promote the government, family, school, society’s cooperative education, etc.Chapter 7 is a conclusion.
