With the rapid economic and social development, China’s aging population, pension service problems caused by more severe aging, which makes the social pension service system construction and improvement is imminent. The healthy functioning social pension service system, requires some human resources to ensure that, therefore, the study of social care service professionals team building of great significance.Through analysis of the current status quo in the street as the representative of the Shanghai Y social care service professionals team building and problems, and then put forward suggestions to strengthen the social old-age service professionals team building, specifically major expansion from the following four aspects. First, review the theory and the concept of social care service team building professionals to define, based on the sort of Chinese social pension service system and practice at home and abroad before retirement services professionals Team. Secondly, through the P region Y Street respective pension services research firm, using statistical analysis method, the status quo of social care services Y street team building professionals, including five dimensions: professional knowledge and skills, professional training, professional identity, professional norms and literacy, career development. Furthermore, the article further analyzes of social care services full-time staff currently exist, such as the lack of construction of multi-channel sources of funding, the lack of access to and improve the professional training system, the lack of a sound job evaluation system and other issues, and then from governments, organizations, social and personal perspectives to explore the cause of the problem. Finally, the article proposes to improve social care services target model of full-time staff team building, and propose concrete suggestions to strengthen the full-time staff of social care services from the perspective of the construction of governments, organizations, society and residents.Articles using quantitative and qualitative methods. On the one hand the questionnaire to collect full pension service personnel and other aspects of the construction of the five dimensions of data, and then use statistical analysis to analyze the current situation of team building. On the other hand, through in-depth interviews and field observation to understand the content of social care services to work full-time staff, methods, and then analyze the social care service professionals team building problems and reason through logical reasoning.
