Research On The Anti Corruption Of Grass Roots Civil Servants Under The Perspective Of The Rule Of Law

At present, our country is in the rapid economic development and it is in a key period of political with the economic system transformation. Since the third plenary session of the communist party of China, at the same time,with the political and economic system reform in our country’s achievement we get,the special stage of developmenthas led to some high-risk corruption presents increasing trend. How to strengthen to our country civil servants at the grass-roots level in effectively curb corruption, is to promote the rapid development of the socialist modernization construction of a priority. After several generations of leaders continued efforts, and units of the anti-corruption work,the leadership of governing the country according to law and practice of the comprehensive policy, namely to efforts by the powerful legal system construction to improve the state organs.At present, our country civil servants at the grass-roots level in some ways or some areas have the trend of worsening of the corruption, the grass-roots civil servants corruption problems emerge in endlessly, at the same time, this will not only hurt people’s feelings, also affect the authority unit efficiency.More serious problems are makinge the party and state organs, organizations of the grass-roots level in people’s hearts image, moreover, the grass-roots civil servants corruption cannot be effectively solved, will also be adverse impact on the development of regional economy, and even affect the stability and unity of the whole society. Therefore, to strengthen in governing by the country according to law under the horizon of civil servants at the grass-roots level,and the anti-corruption work become the one of the most important problem. The main content of this paper includes the following five parts: the first part is introduction. Mainly divided into the purpose of this study, the theoretical and practical significance of the research; current situation related content at home and abroad; research ideas and research methods are introduced in this paper; finally, analysis the main contents of this research, research innovation. The second part is the comprehensive law importance of grass-roots civil servants anti-corruption perspective. Set mainly include the concept of grass-roots civil servants anti-corruption, further analysis of related concepts, and the importance of analysis. The third part of the comprehensive law of necessity of grass-roots civil servants anti-corruption construction from the perspective of analysis. The main features include current grassroots corruption of civil servants, harm and significance were analyzed. The fourth part of China’s rule of law from the perspective of comprehensive basic government Member of anti-corruption situation analysis, including the existing achievements, analysis of the existing problems and the reasons.
