After China’s economy steps into the New Normal, "labor shortage" and "employment difficulty" phenomenon emerges as companions, which are the results of multiple factors. In this paper, the new generation of migrant workers are set as the research object,and the study discusses the factors of affecting turnover factors of the new generation of migrant workers in Chongqingfrom the perspective of demography, and reveals the causes and solution path of the existing phenomenon of "labor shortage" and "employment difficulty". Using the theory of ERG, the theory of humanity hypothesis analysis framework in the study, the paper makes a descriptive analysis from demographic characteristics, working conditions, protection of rights and interests, social life and other dimensions, Thus obtaining the present situation of the new generation of migrant workers in CQ in economic participation(employment):the new generation of migrant workers’ least satisfaction about their working environment and corresponding voluntary turnover behavior; The low labor remuneration andthe inducingof rational action of the new generation of migrant workers;lacking of social security network anti-risk capacity andthe dissatisfaction of basic needs of the new generation of migrant workers; little communication between employee and the lack of sense of belonging in new generation of migrant workers; the limited career development of the new generation of migrant workers occupation andand little meet of respect need.Using chi square analysis method of the respective variables and turnover in the analysis in SPSS software, the study found that age, marital status, labor remuneration, corporate culture, environment satisfaction, employment policy and employment information provided and the new generation of migrant workers all leave the significant correlation; using binary logistic regression method, the research hypotheses were demonstrated, and the results of the study are: the new generation of Migrant Workers Turnover varies according to the individual characteristics; labor remuneration, environmental factors and the new generation of Migrant Workers Turnover are significantly correlated; social factors and the new generation of migrant workers are not significantly correlated.Through the on-the-spot investigation, the conclusionsofempirical analysis as well as an integrated multiple view, the proposal of improving new generation of migrant workers employment support system are put forward: playing the role of public employment service platform of information to the fullest by the government, providing employment information and advisory servicesfreely and convenientlyto the new generation of migrant workers, promoting the sufficient employment of the new generation of migrant workers; giving full play to the service function of the government to continue the implementation of migrant workers skills upgrading scheme; conducting market research and forecast, actively promoting the reform of vocational education, helping the new generation of migrant workers to establish correct employment concept; improving relevant policies and regulations and strengthening the supervision of enterprises. Besides, enterprises should continuously improve the working environment while pursuing development, establish and improve the wage growth and safeguard mechanism, provide targeted skills training embedded in business characteristics and build Labor Union a real "Home of Workers". Workers in the pursuit of personal development should continue to adapt to the new situation changes in employment outlook, enhance the awareness of legal protection, continue to learn modern science and technology and expand access to information channels, which are expected to reach the stable employment of the new generation of migrant workers in good working environment, enterprises have a benign employment environment to meet their production needs and the government can build a service platform to power the continuous and stable social development.
