This is how unions keep up with the times, adapt to the needs of society, we put forward higher requirements.Staff education is a complex, long-term work, involving government, enterprises, training institutions, trade unions, and many other units and personnel. Under the new Public Service Perspective article, we analyze the educational function orientation of trade unions, and in accordance with deepening administrative reform, building service-oriented government of the general requirements, as well as reform ideas ACFTU proposed union workers education policy support functions, What is the role envisaged for material security, quality management, should be held. Through the understanding of the situation of education workers, to further improve the education workers union put forward a few suggestions:First, to be a good trade union education staff, good service education and training for workers, and second, to innovative education and training mechanism, improve training efficiency, third is to learn to respect the will of enterprises and workers, and fully mobilize the collective power of collaboration, four to innovative ways and means of education and training staff, convenient to carry, various training methods. No worker is an innovative employment path, providing convenient platform for the workers employed.
