Research On Governmental Policies For Implementing The ‘Interaction Between The Government And The Communicty’

In the process of China’s social transformation and development, the innovation of social management mechanism has been placed in an extremely important position. We just can lay the foundation of harmonious society only by building up the social management pattern, which is in line with the rapid development of economy and the increasing demand of the people. In this context, ‘the interaction between the government and the communicty’ exploration will come into being. Among them,Taicang’s ‘ the interaction between the government and the communicty’ mode in the country has the sense of milepost type, the mode was first proposed in 2008, and was promoted nationwide by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC and State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform in 2013. Therefore, Taicang’s “the interaction between the government and the communicty” mode both in practice, or in the problems, and suggestions on countermeasures, has the typical significance. In this thesis, taking Taicang city’s ‘ the interaction between the government and the communicty’ as the research object,through access to a large number of data, individual interviews and observation,analysis the background, measures, achievements and problems of Taicang city’s ‘ the interaction between the government and the communicty’, and from the government point of view, put forward to strengthen’ the interaction between the government and the communicty’ policy advocacy and training, further thought optimization of government functions, strengthen the mechanism of interaction between the government and the community, increase efforts to foster social organization and other aspects of the policyrecommendations.
