Study On The Improvement Of Public Satisfaction Of Basic Public Services In Harbin

In order to constantly meet people's increasing need of a better life,make people's feeling,happiness,security more rich,more secure,more sustainable,at all levels of government to push the basic public service system construction,improve the level of basic public service supply,increasing the extent of equal basic public services,has achieved comparatively satisfactory result of policy.However,the people's demand for basic public services is diversified and special,and their satisfaction is not completely determined by the quantity of basic public service supply.This satisfaction is affected by the subjective and objective environment.Among them,residents in different regions have different satisfaction with the same quantity of basic public service supply.The supply level of basic public services in Harbin is generally good,and the level of equalization has been greatly improved in recent years.The gap will affect the great goal of building a harmonious society in our country,at the same time also can affect the public identification of the basic public services provided by the government,so the what factors influence the public satisfaction of basic public services,targeted to improve public satisfaction for basic public service become the shall have the meaning of building a harmonious society.Through the questionnaire to understand the overall situation of the public satisfaction of basic public services in Harbin,the research shows that the public satisfaction of basic public services is not high,the main reasons are the supply of basic public services is not equal,the quantity is insufficient,the quality is not high,the lack of pertinence and other aspects.Based on the advanced experience of Qingdao,Zhuhai,Yinchuan and other cities in improving the public satisfaction with basic public services,this paper puts forward some effective measures to improve the public satisfaction with basic public services in Harbin.We will improve the equalization of basic public services and more reflect the top-level design principles of fairness and justice.We should adjust the supply structure of basic public services and realize the distribution of basic public services according to the needs of specific regions and specific groups of people under the condition of overall equality.Clarify theresponsibilities of the government and ensure the accurate performance of government functions.
