At present, the population aging has entered a stage of rapid development. The demand for pension services showed a trend of diversification. Meanwhile,pension service need to be improved in quantity and quality. Pension service facilities is the important base and speed up the development of pension services, which promotes the development of the economic and social science. We are carrying out the protection of old people’s rights in order that our old people are provided with a treasure sense of security, belonging and worthiness. Aging problem has become the bottleneck of restricting China’s economic and social sustainable development. The central and local government paid much attention to it, which planned from a strategic height. Since China entered the aging society in 1999, the Chinese government has created three consecutive five-year plan or plan.Aging infrastructure of Huangshi has developed rapidly in recent years. The elderly activity center, sports equipment and medical service site were built in many communities.However there are still many deficiencies, including the limited funding of community public service facilities, insufficient capital investment, weak infrastructure, lagging of community service facilities and imperfect function. Facilities for the elderly population need to be improved.Domestic and international cities has accumulated plenty of experience and lessons due to entering the aging cities in earlier time. It helps to provide a large number of real cases for huangshi aging infrastructure. Therefore, on one hand we should provide many opportunities for people who want to go out and study on urban aging infrastructure projects at home and abroad, on the other hand, We should develop aging infrastructure planning scientifically in Huangshi based on the characteristics of the landscape garden city, an old industrial city, resource-exhausted and economic transformation city.In this paper, I will enrich the content in the research field of the aging infrastructure theoretically by a large number of questionnaires and data statistics analysis and comparison, which undertakes scattered research into a system of research, research.
