Reduction Of Administrative Costs In County Government Affairs Service Center

At the same time, the paper focus on the interview and investigation of some particular service center such as Lusong District of Zhuzhou City and Zhuzhou County etc., to show the basic function, running mode and the current situation of high administrative costs in county service center from the microscopic point of view, and then analyze the reasons. Furthermore, the paper tries to summarize successful practice of one-stop service in foreign countries, and find ways of reducing the administrative costs in county government affairs service center in our country. On this basis, the paper tries to find countermeasures and suggestions of reducing the administrative costs in county government affairs service center by providing institutional guarantee,establishing and improving operation mechanism, finding proper functions,optimizing the workflow, enhancing the information sharing system and improving the quality and skills of the leader and staff in county government affairs service center.
