Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Wuhan Social Organizations’ Participation In Community Governance

Since the reform and opening up, Chinese social undertakings are developing rapidly and cities also have experienced tremendous revolution. As a result, community is regarded as the new research field of public administration arises at the historic moment, becoming the important component of city grass-roots society.The fundamental nature of the community is autonomous organization of the inhabitants, the organization structure of differentiation and function specialization degree is higher. Community service organization system is a center of administrative management system, shoulders more administrative tasks to provide various social services for area residents, to meet the various needs of residents. But with the residents’demand for material and spiritual culture is also increasing, demand for social services and service quality is also increasing. At the same time, the imbalance of economic and social development, the changes of urban spatial structure and urban floating population increasing, in a certain extent, increase the difficulty of social governance. In community governance mode, introducing non-profit organizations, establishing trinity social governance structure of government, market and society is an important goal for future development.For researching the dilemma and countermeasures of Social Organizations’ participation in community governance, this paper mainly focuses on the five parts. The first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background and significance of the study, research ideas and research methods of the thesis. The second part is basic concepts, defining core concept of community, community governance, Social Organization and so on. It chooses the United States of America, Hong Kong and Shanghai community governance mode and synthetically analyses the foreign cases and experience in community governance, and then a literature review is formed. The third part is the analysis for the present situation of Social Organizations’participation in Xima street community governance, analyzing Xima street community governance status and dilemma. It summarizes the basic situation and development features of Social Organization in Wuhan, and detailedly introduces the Social Organizations’participation in Xima street community governance status. The fourth part is the dilemma and countermeasures of Social Organizations’ participation in community governance, deeply analyses the dilemma and countermeasures. The fifth part summarizes the full text, on the basis of conclusion researches optimization for Wuhan Social Organizations’ participation in community governance model. From four aspects, creating a good working environment, strengthening cultivation and support of the government, combining with the key work of Wuhan City, formulation of scientific and operational mechanism, it points out the possibility and direction of follow-up study.
