Inspired by information processing theory of interview, the study discusses that the rater factors,the candidate factors, the situation factors and the assessment elements will affect rating consistency of the interview in civil service recruitment or not. The study mainly selected rating data of the interview in Civil Service Recruitment of one province. It includes 23 raters’ rating data of 52 candidates in assessment elements of comprehensive analyzing ability, organizing and coordinating ability, fit degree of talents-job, strain capacity, appearance and behavior. In addition, the study also selects rating data of LGD. It includes 18 raters’rating data of 16 candidates in assessment elements of comprehensive analyzing ability, organizing and coordinating ability, fit degree of talents-job, emotional competence,appearance and behavior. Meanwhile, rater gender, candidate gender and some other basic information are analyzed in the study. By virtue of SPSS 11.5, the study mainly calculates the Kendall Coefficient of Concordance to analyze and compare rating consistency. Overall, the study is divided into five parts:Part One:The introduction part mainly introduces research background, research significance, oversea and domestic research status. Meanwhile, this part also introduces the focus of the research, research sample and methods, innovations. Finally, it forms the framework of the research.Part Two:Firstly, elaborating the core concepts of structured interview, leadership group discussion and rating consistency. Then explaining the basic viewpoints of information processing theory. In virtue of information processing theory, constructing the model of information processing and decision-making of raters of the interview in Civil Service Recruitment.Part Three:By virtue of SPSS 11.5, testing whether the rater factors,the candidates factors, the situation factors and the assessment elements will affect rating consistency or not. Then showing the result of the research.Part Four:On the basis of the research result, drawing the mainly conclusion of the research. By generalizing the influencing factors of rating consistency of the interview in Civil Service Recruitment, the study offers some proposals to improve rating consistency of the interview in Civil Service Recruitment.Part Five:Analyzing the deficiencies, prospects and the development direction of the research in the future.
