Problems And Contermeasures Of Administrative System Of Economic Development Zone

Since the reform and opening up, a large number of development zones have emerged in various areas in China. The different kinds of development zones have played an important role in areas like rural urbanization, economic globalization and industry clustering. However, with the evolution of development zones, a lot of problems have revealed, especially the problems of development zones existing in administrative system. This essay takes Cangzhou economic development zone as the case and investigates the current situation of administrative system of Cangzhou economic development zone. Through analyzing the existing problems of administrative system and borrowing the reform experiences of administrative system of development zones abroad, several counter measure suggestions to perfect the administrative system of Cangzhou economic development zone have been proposed. In the end, the measures from four aspects have been put forward focusing on the problems of management committee of Cangzhou economic development zone like lacking the clear dominant position, flexible management mode and high-quality administrative talents as well as facing massive social management functions. These include in details: 1. Set up the idea of service-oriented government. 2. Perfect all kinds of legal systems. 3. Bring forth new ideas on the administrative methods of development zones.4. Promote the quality of administrative personnel in development zone.
