Because in order to discuss how to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the sellers, we can not only directly from the front side,to elaborate how to carry out maintenance, can also take a different approach to elaborate indirectly how to safeguard seller’s legitimate rights and interests from the dimension of the buyer’s obligation. After all, as long as the buyers strictly perform their obligations, once breach the contract or fail to fulfill the obligations, they shall bear the legal responsibilities. Only in this way, the legal rights and interests of the sellers will be in good maintenance, we can truly realize legislative justice so that we can have the strength to build the socialist country ruled of law.
