The Public Political Identity In Network Public Sphere

Political identity, the public concern about this proposition has a long history, it is related to the ruling class’s ruling foundation and the people’s happiness index, and also related to national survival and continuation of the country. In contemporary China, it is in a transforming critical period of development, and the crucial period of modernization and reform, the international environment is complicated and changeable, the domestic contradiction is increasingly sharp. Under the real situations, deepen political identity and the consensus in the community becomes the only choice for easing social conflicts to stimulate the masses of the people the greatest vitality for modernization and socialist harmonious society construction, and it is also the inevitable requirement for rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the prosperity of the country, and the implementation of the "China dream". Under the current situation, the basic coordinate of political identity is Socialism with Chinese characteristics, which has a long way to go that the reconstruction and the deepening of public political identity with the core that Socialism with Chinese characteristics.With the development of the Internet, the total number of Internet users in China has been nearly half of the population, The Internet Public Sphere gradually forming and developing, the power of the network public opinion becomes increasingly prominent, and even have the function of the agenda setting, therefore, the government take actions to build the network environment and pay more attention to the political life of the Network. However, the invasion of Western ideology, and the network group of extreme events, and the irrational remarks always happen again and again, all kinds of false information is numerous, various types of network conflicts constantly and seriously affect the normal order of the network environmental maintenance and the deepening of the public political identity. Under this situation, it is important that how to make full use of the positive effect of the Internet in order to overcome the negative effect of the people’s political identity, and to maintain the stability of the social unity and the political order.This paper tries to take the research from the four factors:The public political participation, interest differentiation and conflict, people’s life satisfaction and the influence of the traditional ideas and Western ideas, in order to take a basic grasp of the reality of public political identity in the network, it is better to have a specific discussion of the challenges and the reasons. This paper tries to explore the scientific and effective way to build a network public sphere and deepen political identity from the government, the network media and the public. The paper takes the Marxist standpoint and the viewpoint, and takes the country, the party and the government’s document spirit as the instruction, through the literature method, the empirical analysis, the multi discipline comprehensive research method in order to ensure the scientific nature and the feasibility.
