Research On The Pattern Of Rural Social Governance For "Happy Village" In Zigui Country

Rural community governance has always been a focus of China Communist Party and China. The central document in 2013 pointed out that "to continue to promote grass-roots democracy in rural areas and improve the scientific management of rural society as well as establish a sound, orderly, vibrant system of rural governance." So improving the quality of governance is a necessary requirement in the future development of rural society. Meanwhile, rural governance is a hotspot of academic research. Therefore, exploration and research of countryside has become both practical and academic valuable.The analysis in this article is based on Wuling Mountain Area, China and its aim to explore the quality governance of Wuling Mountain rural society. Due to the constraints of geographical location, historical reasons, cultural background, economic development, openness and other factors, the villagers of Wuling Mountain are averagely low educated and low quality, which directly affects their willingness and ability to participate in social governance, thus preventing its governance enhancing.During the new of social transformation, social contradictions in the rural areas are obvious with the acceleration of social structural transformation.In some ethnic and mountains areas where economic base is relatively poor and the speed of development is slow,the traditional pattern of social governance is no longer suitable for social needs,thus it is urgent to give reforms to social governance.To realize the goal,the rural social governance system and pattern should be synthetically combined,the subject consciousness of village self-governance should be strengthened,and the society should be stabilized and developed safely and harmoniously,The practice of “happy village”in Zigui,a country in Wuling Mountainous Ares,has formed an effective pattern of rural social governance.This pattern is of great significance and guiding function in the rural social governance in Wuing Mountainous Areas,thus it deserves our deep analysis,summary,and perfection after field investigation.
