Research On The Realization Path Of Socialist Deliberative Democracy With Chinese Characteristics

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Communist Party has many theoretical innovation on China’s deliberative democracy, since the socialist deliberative democracy theory is put forward clearly for the first time in the the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC political report, it immediately became the important political discourse.This article mainly from the concept and significance of deliberative democracy, expounds and analyzes the deliberative democracy in the similarities and differences between Chinese and western, and based on the development of the deliberative democracy theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics of carding, analysis of the current system problems of deliberative democracy in our country, democratic consciousness, development situation and ensure supply problems. Countermeasures to solve these problems, based on the part of the proposed by construction of legal system, form of consciousness cultivation, explore and establish the guarantee further Suggestions to promote the development of deliberative democracy in China.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part, the introduction part. This paper expounds the research and development of the socialist deliberative democracy, and analyzes the realistic and theoretical significance of the research on this subject. In addition, this part also aimed at the domestic and foreign research results of the deliberative democracy, and on this basis, this paper defines some concepts related to this study.The second part, theoretical part. This part mainly elaborates and analyses some key theories of deliberative democracy which is involved in this research. Which includes the Western deliberative democracy, the main people’s democratic theory and the liberal theory, and to a certain extent, the analysis of the two. In addition, according to the characteristics of socialist deliberative democracy, the paper focuses on the democratic theory of Marx doctrine. The part also analyzes the rise and development of deliberative democracy and its function and limitation.In the third part, this part reviews the development of deliberative democracy in China, and tries to explore the historical causes of the development of socialist deliberative democracy in China. In addition, this part also discusses the characteristics and achievements of the eighteen major social deliberative democracy in the future.The fourth part is the analysis of the problem. This part discusses the problems and causes of the development of China’s socialist deliberative democracy from the aspects of system, consciousness, form and guarantee.The fifth part, the countermeasure part. This part gives some advice and opinions on the problems and causes of the analysis in the fourth chapter, and tries to build an electoral democracy and deliberative democracy.
