Institution staff overstaffing, lack of enthusiasm, creativity, dry and a kind,stem less a kind, greatly influence the institution development. As the central station in Guangdong Province, province bureau of Seismological Bureau is responsible for the important task of earthquake disaster reduction in Guangdong province.Guangdong Provincial Seismological Bureau has its particularity incentives, mainly cut our approach is relevant personnel survey, the main theory is used in two-factor theory, by combining two-factor theory questionnaire, we Seismological Bureau of Guangdong incentives Some were summarized and analyzed.
