This is not only a need to improve the socialist legal system, but also a rational choice for the effective response to illegal immigration.This article mainly from four parts: the first chapter is an overview of the legal system of illegal immigration control. The fourth chapter is about the perfection of the legal system of illegal immigration control in our country. First of all, we analyze the current situation and existing problems of illegal immigration control legal system in our country, and then give out the Legal Countermeasures of controlling illegal immigration from two aspects of domestic law and international law.
