A Study On Public Welfare Spirit And Its Clutivation

The spirit of public welfare which is the effective integration of civic virtues--responsibility,devotion,action,reflection,fraternity, tolerance and so on in the modern society and the expression form of civilization which combinates personal vision and action is the spiritual core of the harmonious society.The spirit of public welfare can make people keep the care and take actions for the situation of others and the development of self survival and development in public living space,which not only make their own life goals can be achieved, but also can make the overall interests of the community to maximize.To sum up,the spirit of public service not only possesses great individual value, but also have practical significance.Cultivation of the spirit of public service aims at cultivating public social responsibility and unity and mutual aid spirit by a certain way,which public let establish the modern citizen consciousness. Cultivation of the spirit of public service bears on the development of China’s public welfare undertakings,the solution of China’s social problems and the cultivation of high quality youth.So we need to let the public understand the social conditions of the spirit of public service and basis of human science,nurturing the public’s sense of self serving and altruism and promoting public welfare spirit into the value pursuit of the public.This paper is discussed the connotation,essence,social conditions and people basis of the spirit of public service.Then,I will put forward effective suggestions for cultivation of the spirit of public service, combining with the construction of a harmonious society.In addition to the introduction, this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is to elaborate the connotation and essence of the spirit of public service.It includes the definition of the concept,the connotation,the essence of the spirit of public service and analysis highlights of contemporary China.The second part is the analysis of the social conditions of the spirit of public service.I will analyse the current stage of the social conditions of public welfare from this angle of the economic, political and ethical,combining with the history of China’sdevelopment path and the current stage of national conditions.The third part analyses basis of human science of the humanistic spirit cultivation.I will analyze the relationship between the spirit of public service and Marx’s theory of human nature, and explore the basis of human science of the humanistic spirit cultivation from the perspective of human nature, human needs,human values and human reality.The last part is about the way to cultivate the spirit of public welfare in the construction of a harmonious society. This article will start from four aspects,and put forward effective suggestions for the cultivation of the spirit of the public service.
