Home care is the effective combination of social and family two kinds of old-age pension, community role to a great extent, the individuals, families and the society and the state power play, effectively reduce the burden of our country, the drawback of the complement of the traditional family pension mode, to solve the problem of urban pension display more critical role!The main research object of this paper is the old people in the community of Urumqi Normal University, aged 60 and above, the author would like to make an analysis of the problem of urban social pension. Using the method of questionnaire survey and the related literature, the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, and the desire of home care for the elderly and the actual expansion of research and analysis.
