E-government has became a new thing under the information age,many countries regard the e-government as a new way of government business that put it as a priority of development strategy.China also attaches great importance to this,the twelfth five-year program clearly put forward to promote the building of national e-government network,integrate and improve the public service and management capacity of government.County government directly to the grassroots, public service, is the foundation of our governance and government, and its egovernment is an important part of e-government, the county government to speed up the construction of e-government, county government has become our urgent need to face.In recent years,along with the development of industry transformation and upgrading, accelerating change of the pattern,especially with the implementation of the national strategy “One Belt and One Road” policy,the constructiong of egovernment hsa made steady progress under the great importance of the XX county committee and government.
