Instructional System Design (ISD)is an important research field of educationaltechnology study. During this nearly50years since ISD produced, the expansion fromschool to enterprise training of ISD has become an important development trend. More andmore enterprises realize the importance of training. In order to better use ISD in the field ofdomestic enterprise training field, and also to strengthen the theoretical study of ISD in theapplication of enterprise training, we need to clearly learn about the current applicationsituation of ISD in the enterprise training. Only in this way, we can find out the problem,and next we can apply the ISD theory to solve the problem, perfecting the enterprisetraining development process, and ultimately improve the effectiveness of training.In order to know the current application situation of ISD, this study investigated theapplication of instructional system design in employee training by questionnaire survey.And the samples conclude of42enterprises in8cities of Hebei Provence. The result showsthat most of the surveyed enterprises give certain attention to the staff training, but in theimplement we find a lot of problems. The application of ISD is not ideal in the enterprisetraining, especially in the aspects of analysis of training demand, formulation of trainingstrategy and estimate of training effect.The effect of enterprise training is ultimately depended on the development oftraining course. On the basis of systematic analysis of the results of the investigation, usingthe relevant theory of ISD, adult learning theory and enterprise training, this study designsand develops the improved LED training courses. In the process of it, this study combinesthe strategies and ways in the process of enterprise training, just as the ISD diagnostic,learner analysis, goal setting and evaluation techniques, finally improve and promote thecurrent training course design and implement.
