Nowadays, characterize d with the curriculum reform the overall reformation in school education is a full range of change which involves the reform of educational goals, curriculum, teaching ideas and teaching management system. Only by having fundamental changes in the teaching organization, the system of norms, internal incentives, the curriculum reform can not be a mere formality, to give up halfway, and will be continued in-depth. To this end, the transformation and optimization of the aching management is both the external protection and an important part of the new curriculum reform. Based on this, combined with criticism of the shortcomings to the traditional rigid teaching management system as well as the researcher’s long-term practice in school, this study chose the Flexible teaching management in junior high school as a research problem.This study put efforts to solve a series of five questions:(1) What is the current status of teaching management in junior high school? What is the problem? What is the cause of the problem?(2) What is the idea of changing the teaching management in junior high school? Why should implement the flexible teaching management? Where is the functional value with the implementation the flexible teaching management?(3) How to build effective flexible teaching management model? How to safeguard the implementation of flexible teaching management in practice?(4) how is the effectiveness of the implementation of flexible teaching management? What is the positive impact? What are the problems?(5) How to further optimize the flexible teaching management? Around the solution to these five problems, the study using a combination of literature, survey method, case study, action research to get the main answer of the problem-solving:(1)Traditional teaching management situation in junior high school is not ideal;(2) Flexible teaching management in junior high school is the rational demands of teaching management;(3)" Culture of managing people","system governing "," action with the occasion "and" environmental regulation " should be the elements in the flexible teaching management System;(4) The effective operation of the protection of flexible teaching management system should be starting from the four aspects of the management philosophy, organizational structure, decision-making process, and operating mode;(5) Flexible teaching management in Junior high school can help to form advanced teaching concepts, build a modern culture management system, to enhance teaching effectiveness, but there are also inadequacies:the lacking of flexibility, the unitary teaching evaluation form and so on;(6) Around the summary of experience, the training of teachers, the renewal of ideas, the changes of teaching systems to make a further optimization towards flexible teaching management.
