Flexible management fully reflects the management mode in accordance with the human nature. With the development of modern management, it has increasingly become the focus of attention. In the current era of globalization, our country faces complex domestic and external environment and the fierce international competition, the requirements for the talent also constantly improve. Consequently, the new round curriculum reform arises at the historic moment. In the process of the new course reform, the school, as an institution of cultivating talents for the society, is supposed to meet the requirements of the contemporary talent. The previous one-sided emphasis on rules and regulations, which tend to control the teachers, students, cannot make the teachers and students more actively involved. The effect of force could not stimulate the teachers and students to realize their self-worth. To cater to the need to build a harmonious society, all walks of life emphasize the importance of being " people-oriented". Accordingly, the old rigid management model should be discarded and a flexible management model is on the agenda to adapt to the modern society.This topic is based on the achievement made in No.14 middle school in Nanning, Guang xi Zhuang autonomous region after a tentative research on the flexible education under the background of implementing the new curriculum reform management. Hopefully, it will be beneficial to teachers’ professional development and the students’ potential as well as education administration. The paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the research premise of this paper, the definition and theoretical basis, which covers the introduction and first chapter.The introduction discusses the necessity and realistic significance of implementation of flexible management and illustrates the academic and practical value to explore this practice. It also encompasses the outline,the method and significance of the research. A comprehensive review of the research status quo in China and around the world is conducted and the basic concepts of the research subjects are clearly defined.The first chapter expounds the flexible management and education. First, the basic concepts and theoretical basis of flexible management are defined. Furthermore, it discusses the implementation of measures to build humanized management mechanism, which aims to build the sense of belonging of the members in the organization. Next, it introduces the education content, the implementation effect, the necessity and realistic significance of flexible management as testimony to confirm the flexible management in education helps to promote the efficiency of the school management, and the relationship between teachers and students and a harmonious campus atmosphere.The second part of research, composed of chapter 2 and 3, illustrates the status quo of flexible management under the background of new curriculum reform, the implementation of it in current junior middle schools, an analysis of the problems. It also put forward tentative strategies.The second chapter briefly introduces the general situation of the development in Nanning No.14 middle school and the research carried out on the current education management. The outcome is the high satisfaction of the teachers and students for the school as a result of implementing flexible management, which helps build the harmonious campus with humanistic care for the professional development of teachers and the all-round development of students.The third chapter is mainly about the revelation of the implementation of the flexible management in Nanning no.14 middle school. It also put forward corresponding suggestion to the current junior middle school from schools, teachers and students three levels.The third part: conclusion. After the full text summarized, so as to come to the conclusion, and this article selected topic significance, implementation requirements and research limitations for further induction and summary, and further research problems are put forward.
