The concept "Psychological Inferiority" is used in this paper to emphasize various psychological situation demonstrated by the poverty-stricken students from rural area, after they entered college, the symbol of urban civilization. This paper analyses the reasons why psychological inferiority comes into being from different angles, such as the disparity between the rich and the poor, the cultural differences between urban and rural areas, different growing environment and individual psychological factors. And then, some examples hereof are demonstrated to give a proof of the existence as well as its negative impacts of psychological inferiority among these students during their growing up. Afterwards, the paper comprehensively discusses the solutions for this issue from four aspects: firstly, to establish and perfect the pluralistic financial-aid system for the poor students; secondly, to set up a healthy and harmonious spiritual society; additionally, to improve the employment system to solve their employment problems; finally, to enhance the education and guidance of their psychological health. Thus, this paper provides basis for the healthy education of the poor students from rural area.
