From1937to1945, Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia borderregion of teacher education has developed from scratch to grow and perfect, whilecultivated a large number of educational talents have made important contributions to theconstruction and the victory of the Anti Japanese War.The paper relying on amount of important historical, such as Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region educational materials, the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border regiondocument logic and Jiefang Daily. This paper body was divided into4chapters; specific content is set as follows:The introduction introduced the thesis written reasons, arranged two sections; thefirst section is the article’s selected basis and significance, showed the reasons forchoosing the topic in detail; section2for academic review and overviewed the academicof Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region on teacher education research publications andstudy of the current situations, then pointed out the weakness in this area, as well as thepaper expectations.The first chapter described the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region of teachereducation development, was divided into two sections. The first section described thegeneral education before the region Government established; section2described theteacher education development situation after the region Government established,Clarified the development of the teacher education in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia borderregion.Chapter2was divided into6sections, from the teacher education purposes andprinciples, school organization and management, teachers of the access and the numberof graduates, educational system and the curriculum and teaching methods, teachers andtheir salary, clarified the education system and teaching operating procedures.Chapter3was divided into5sections, summarized the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxiaborder region of teacher education in different sides such as schools, educational content,teaching management, teacher-student relationship and teaching and learningenvironment.Chapter4was divided into5sections, elaborated the influence of The region’steacher education in different areas, such as reduced the talent demand pressure,improved government efficiency, opened innovation mode of education, to promoted theeducation The new supersedes the old. Finally, it discussed the enlightenment on thecurrent teacher education.As an important part of New Democracy education, The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxiaborder region of teacher education, general secondary education, primary education, vocational education, as well as social education together constituted the border regioneducation system, and it had played an irreplaceable role for the region educationdevelopment. If there was no teacher education, education would become the waterwithout source, nor the wood.
