| The formation of China’s ruling strategy ‘to rule the country by law and toconstruct a socialist legal state’ signifies China’s entry into a new historical period inthe country’s socialist democratic and legal construction. Qinghai belongs to theunderdeveloped areas, the local college student’s legal consciousness is very weakaffected by traditional culture and national customs. And some imperfections in theuniversity student law consciousness education attracted my attention too. There is nodoubt that college students are the leading force of social development and theconstruction in the future, their legal awareness will affect China’s socialist rule of lawand the development of the rule of law in Qinghai area. The urgency of strengtheningthe university student law consciousness is very significant.This study based on an investigation into the present situation of legalconsciousness of university students in Qinghai, found that student’s different degreeof loss on basic knowledge of law, legal concept and belief. Combined with thepractical analysis revealed the problem and reason, the article finally explores theways to strengthen the college students’ law consciousness education: comprehensiveeducation system, put the consciousness education into practice and seek interaction.Moreover, we should use modern science and technology and combined with legal,moral, cultural education to strengthening legal consciousness education of collegestudents. |
