Investigation And Statistical Analysis Of R&D Personnel In Gansu Province

Science and technology are primary productive forces,science and technology level determines the level of competence of enterprises,determines the level of development of a region and determines the overall strength of a country's ability.The level of science and technology is mainly reflected in the level of R&D personnel.Gansu Province,located in northwest China,are economically underdeveloped provinces,to promote economic development will focus on the development of science and technology,strengthen research and development personnel.In this paper,a survey on the status and problems of the construction of Gansu province R&D personnel is done,which provides evidence for the construction of Gansu R&D personnel team,provides information support to enhance the overall strength of scientific research in Gansu Province.This survey stratified sampling method to extract the 384 enterprises and institutions within the scope of Gansu Province and obtain 268 valid questionnaires,including 18 colleges and universities,73 research institutes and 177 enterprises.This survey disaggregated statistical analysis the information of scientific research personnel number,age,education,job title and training,by constructing satisfaction model,found that scientific research personnel's satisfaction for research conditions in Gansu province,and finally got some proposals for the construction of Gansu province R&D personnel team.
