Teacher studio dated back to the early period of the new curriculum reform of thebasic education in China. Its early form is enlightened by the system of science and artcircle, thus it used in education, which can be called a new research method based onself-development of the teachers themselves. This kind of teaching is widely called“grass-roots “teaching by a number of teachers on the front. As a matter of fact, theresearch based on the teacher studio not only builds a professional developmentplatform for the star teacher to lead the key teachers, making the best teacher resourceradiated, but also promotes the education revolution, balances the development ofeducation and gradually forms the transform from promoting the individual majordevelopment to the group major development of the teachers. But at the same time,there are some disputes and problems during the teacher studio research, which blocksthe objective that the teacher studio leads the major development of the region teachers.On account of this, the researchers use the method of qualitative research, havingfield investigation on the practical research activity of the teacher studio, based onwhich they conclude and extract the basic model of the teacher studio at present, namelysetting up professional vision, reaching research consensus; sharing and contributingeducation wisdom, forming group research system; checking and promoting theresearch achievement, forming three mutual progressive links of the practical teaching.Of course, some problems are found when rationally constructing the teacherstudio research model: major development of the leading teachers themselves hit aplateau; the motivation of members of the teacher studio deviate from the researchtarget; contradict between work and study existed in reality influences the studyconsecutiveness of the group; teacher studio lack of the necessary support for the powerof school administration; teacher studios are isolated and lack of interact between eachother; lacking of vision of the students.For the problems occurred in the researching of teacher studio, according to the education teaching theory, some improvement strategies are carried out under theteacher studio research. based on the model of collaboration of teacher studio betweenuniversity and primary and secondly school; based on the model of multiple subject toparticipate in teamwork; based on the model of “open-interactive” system betweenteacher studios; based on the model of network technical support.
