The Research Into Questions Of Corporate Governance Of Professional Sports Club From The Perspective Of Stakeholder

Liaoning as one of sports provinces of China, the development of competitive sports hasnearly decades of glorious history. Professional sports club is an important part of participatingin competitive sports. Scientific and effective management is the key for professional sports clubto have healthy and sustained development. According to the problems arising from thedevelopment of professional sports club, this article puts forward the mode of commongovernance of stakeholders. This governance mode can make professional sports club payattention to the interest demands of other stakeholders in the process of management and find thebest governance mode. I hope this article can provide the theoretical reference to the healthydevelopment of professional sports clubs.This article uses the literature review, questionnaire method and mathematical statistics toanalysis and research Liaoning Whowin Football Club and Liaoning Flying Leopards.Firstly, this article elaborates the concept of stakeholder, professional sports club andcommon governance in order to confirm the range of study.Secondly, in the result and analysis part this article defines the concept of stakeholders ofprofessional sports club and analyses the importance degree of stakeholders’ interest demands byquestionnaire. Then according to the scores from initiative, importance, urgency and cooperativefour dimensions, ten types of stakeholders are divided into two parts. It is internal stakeholdersand external stakeholders. Professional sports club has six problems in the process of governance,including the problem of property rights, governance structure, market development, fans andaudiences, management problems and news media. Eventually this article comes up withcommon governance mode and some solutions in accordance with six problems.Finally, at the part of conclusion and suggestion this article concludes that in the process ofgoverning professional sports club should attach importance to interest demands of stakeholdersand realize the important and urgent interest demands of stakeholders. This article attempts tohelp professional sports club take the appropriate governance mode and seek a healthydevelopment road.
