Governance On Professional Football Stakeholder

Nowadays,with the development of global economic integration and socialization,professional football game is not simple,whose scale is larger and larger,becoming the platform mixed of politics,economy,culture and sport.Stakeholder interests and conflict behaviors are related to the development of professional football.That all stakeholders disregard to the interests of other stakeholders has a bad influence on the development of professional football.Attaching great importance to the demand of stakeholders,particularly to protecting the legal rights of stakeholders,is a vital issue during the development of professional football.At present,the research on the stakeholders of professional football is becoming a hot spot.This article analyzes the professional football from the perspective of stakeholders to find the way of stakeholders working together and obtaining common interests maximization.To regulate professional football and know about the demand of interests of stakeholders.This article is based on the inductive and summary of domestic and international research on professional football governance.According to the concept of stakeholders,this article classifies the professional football stakeholders into producers,managers and consumers,further analyze the interests and conflict reason of different stakeholders.The conflict roots from the different demand of interests.Based on the theory of professional football governance,author selecting football association,football club,football media,football sponsor and football fan from producer,manager and consumer,discusses the demand and conflict of interests of stakeholders and uses game theory to analyze the manner of stakeholders to find a coordinated way,establishing a game model between football association and football club,football association and football sponsor,football sponsor and football media,football club and football fan to analyze.According to the game result,this article concludes some conclusion as follows:(1)The result of game analysis between club and association proves:We should increase the punishment for match-fixing,reduce the cost of investigation by football association and raise the enthusiasm of football association.(2)The result of game analysis between sponsor and association proves:Football association should try their best to safeguard the rights of sponsor,improve the influence of sponsor's brand,improve the quality of game to get the positive social reflection at the same time instead of considering their image.(3)The result of game analysis between fan and club proves:Club should improve the operation and management level and keep the relationship with fan.which makes them more loyal to club and satisfy their mental demand reaching a win-win.At last,according to theory of professional football governance and game analysis on stakeholders,this article offers several proposals:(1)Complete the legal system of professional football.Set up the related regulations,seriously investigate match-fixing,gambling and black whistle in association and increase the punishment.Meanwhile,it can establish legal basis of healthy developing Chinese professional football to provide the security for sustainable development of professional football;(2)Form interests of community and strengthen construction of brand.Local government can establish a special fund for competitive clubs to help them implement brand operation and import international professional sport organization to participate in management and operation of professional association and club;(3)Establish efficient management system of football club.We can establish a standardized management system and corresponding operation mechanism to build a bridge with fans.
