Since the curriculum reform which aims to transform the old pattern of excessiveemphasis on passive learning, rote learning and mechanical training into a new form ofadvocating students’ active participation,interest in exploration and practice andcultivation of the ability of collecting and dealing with information, acquiring newknowledge, analyzing and solving problems, communicating and cooperating, ourcountry raised a wave to study the patterns of Chinese teaching. In order to furtherpromote the quality-oriented education and develop the efficiency of classroom teaching,many schools begin the study and exploration of effective classroom teaching pattern.The "211" effective classroom teaching mode is the new product in this curriculumreform, which’s proposed by the teachers from Yan’an Experimental Primary School.Theproduct was achieved by analyzing the pattern and shortcomings of traditional Chineseclassroom teaching in primary school, and the tasks upon the present. Moreover,a seriesof theoretical research and practical exploration were done by these teachers, who’recalling for the implementation of211effective classroom teaching mode throughout theschool. In order to make211teaching mode more in line with the characteristics ofprimary school Chinese teaching, the author mainly uses case study method andinterviewing method and treats all the Chinese teachers and some students of Yan’anExperimental Primary School as the respondents to analyze the present implementationof the teaching mode. By comparing the classroom interaction analysis and the teachingeffect which goes before and after the implementation of211efficient classroom moderespectively, the author finds out the problems and confusions during theimplementation of211. Finally, the author summarizes the effective implementationstrategies of211teaching mode based on the practice. Namely, establishing trainingmechanism and changing the mindset; building up evaluation mechanism andstrengthening the supervision inspection; setting up the safeguard mechanism and providing strong support. By doing so, we can provide some new perspectivesof211teaching mode so as to greatly promote the students’Chinese literacy and improvethe teaching quality of Chinese teaching in primary school.
