At present, China’s higher education has is to strengthen the management ofinnovation teams expand from the scale of the transition period to improve the qualityof colleges and universities to enhance the quality and level of important initiatives.Interdisciplinary research organizations in research and innovation activities, theuniversity innovation team as a quality of personnel training, and enhance the level ofscientific research, is one of the core strength of the scientific and technologicalinnovation, the status is very important.
