Ideological and political theory young teachers have gradually become thebackbone of teaching faculty for these years. Their Marxism theoryaccomplishment directly decides the actual achievements of ideological andpolitical theory education, and whether we can effectively hold Marxism in theguiding position in the field of ideology. Taking Guizhou as example, this articleanalyzes specifically the current situation of young teachers’ Marxism theoryaccomplishment, then figures out some problems and put forward measures andsuggestions. It is significant for both theoretical research and practicalapplication.Firstly, this article gives the definition of accomplishment. On the basis of it,further statements including Marxism Faith, the ideal and faith of the Chinesecharacteristic socialism, and the basic theories of Marxism and the Chinesecharacteristic socialism theory system are given to guide students’ ability toanalyze and solve practical problems by using the Marxism stand, viewpoint andmethod. Then the notion of Marxism theory accomplishment is expressed fromfour aspects based on the popularization of Marxism techniques. According tothe actual situations of universities in Guizhou, this article analyzes the necessityof the improvement of young teachers’ Marxism theory accomplishment,explains the subjective and objective factors affecting ideological and politicaltheory young teachers’ Marxism theory accomplishment, and finally concludessome measures and suggestions to improve their accomplishment.
